Fun with a new toy!
We bought a used go-cart for the kids and they have been riding it for about two weeks now. Yesterday Deanna ran over a rock and Daddy has to fix it, so its out of commission for awhile. They are bummed-out to say the least. These pics were taken a couple of weeks ago when the weather was 84 and warm. We have had a few warm days since then, but not quite that warm. I spent the day today doing some yard work, raking up leaves, sticks and digging out some ugly shrubs beside the house. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks, I can plant some flowers. I'll keep you posted.

Yard work don't ya love it.Blondie, If you want to fill up an area with some nice plants that seem to grow in any condition go for Hostas, and violets. I have them at differant spots around my house some are in sun some in shade and they all seem to do well. I have had such good luck with these, not sure how well they would do out there though, (just an idea)
Hope the "rock" she ran over wasn't mom trying to get the best action shot. just kidding
