Beautiful and even though it only blooms for about two weeks isn't it awesome during those two weeks...just like lilacs short bloomers but so beautiful and they smell wonderful.
Love the flowering shrubs of any kind except the ones that have the big thorns they are so hard to mow around and weed around. Such a pretty bush I bet it attracts butterflies to the yard, maybe hummers too they seem to like the red color.
